dc.descriptionEl tema de la gerencia educativa desde la prospectiva en su aplicación dentro de las ciencias pedagógicas es recurrente en las investigaciones asociadas a esta ciencia. En este artículo se analiza cómo asumir una actitud prospectiva en la investigación social y pedagógica desde el propio diseño de la investigación conformado por las preguntas científicas que orientan el proceso de investigación. El objetivo del presente trabajo es argumentar, desde posicionamientos gerenciales, la Prospectiva como disciplina para su aplicación en las investigaciones Pedagógicas. Los métodos teóricos utilizados fueron el histórico lógico y analítico sintético, desde el nivel empírico el análisis de documento fue principal. Los resultados fundamentales son concepciones sobre el concepto de prospectiva y postulados sobre la aplicación de esta disciplina en el uso de las investigaciones pedagógicas. Se puede concluir que la prospectiva no puede verse como un método sino como una disciplina que conjuga un grupo de técnicas y métodos para la mejora de la investigación pedagógica.Educational management: towards a social and pedagogical prospective researchThe subject of educational management from the prospective in its application within the pedagogical sciences is recurrent in the research associated with this science. This article analyzes how to assume a prospective attitude in social and pedagogical research from the very design of the research formed by the scientific questions that guide the research process. The objective of this paper is to argue, from managerial positions, the Prospective as a discipline for its application in Pedagogical investigations. The theoretical methods used were the logical and synthetic analytical historic, from the empirical level the analysis of the document was main. The fundamental results are conceptions about the concept of prospective and postulates about the application of this discipline in the use of pedagogical investigations. It can be concluded that the prospec tive can not be seen as a method but as a discipline that combines a group of techniques and methods for the improvement of pedagogical research.Keywords: Educational Management, Prospective, prospective attitude, pedagogical research.es-ES
