| dc.description | Determinar la efectividad de la técnica de anclaje del DIU T de cobre 380 A para
reducir la tasa de expulsión del dispositivo insertado transcesárea, en pacientes que ingresaron
al servicio de obstetricia del IVSS Hospital “Dr. Miguel Pérez Carreño”, en el periodo julio
2019 – julio 2020. Métodos: Estudio prospectivo, comparativo, longitudinal, aleatorizado. Se
incluirán 80 pacientes con indicación de cesárea segmentaria y deseo de anticoncepción con
dispositivo intrauterino. Se trabajará con dos grupos y en ambos se insertará el dispositivo a
cada paciente inmediatamente después del alumbramiento. En el grupo A por técnica manual
habitual y en el grupo B se practicará el anclaje con un punto simple a nivel de fondo uterino
con crómico, fijando el dispositivo a nivel del inicio del brazo vertical en su porción plástica.
Se realizará ecografía de control a los días 7 y 42 del posoperatorio. Se comparará la frecuencia
de expulsión y los factores involucrados | |
| dc.description | Evaluate the effectiveness of the 380 A copper IUD T anchoring technique to reduce
the expulsion rate of the transcessarea inserted device, in patients who entered the obstetrics
service of IVSS Hospital "Dr. Miguel Pérez Carreño", in the period July 2019 – July 2020.
Methods: Prospective, comparative, longitudinal, randomized study. 80 patients with indication
of segmental C-section and desire for contraception with intrauterine device shall be included.
Both devices will be inserted immediately after delivery. In group A by usual manual technique
and in group B the anchoring will be practiced with a simple point at the uterine background
level with chromosome, fixing the device at the level of the start of the vertical arm in its plastic part. Control ultrasound will be performed on days 7 and 42 of the postoperative period. The
frequency of expulsion and the factors involved will be compared | |
