| dc.description | Analizar la asociación de polimorfismos de nucleótido simple (SNP) rs10757274 y de rs1333049 localizado en el cromosoma 9p21 con la severidad y cuantía de la enfermedad arterial coronaria en pacientes menores de 55 años de edad con cardiopatía isquémica del Hospital Miguel Pérez Carreño período comprendido entre mayo 2013 y septiembre 2017. Métodos: Estudio descriptivo, prospectivo y transversal, se estudiaron 17 pacientes que se ingresaron en la Unidad de Cuidados Coronarios/Consulta externa del Hospital Miguel Pérez Carreño con diagnóstico de cardiopatía isquémica en pacientes con polimorfismos rs10757274 y rs1333049del locus 9p21 y a quienes se le practicaron pruebas funcionales (caminata de 6 minutos) para determinar capacidad funcional y así mismo comparar severidad y cuantía de enfermedad arterial coronaria. Resultados: La edad promedio en este trabajo fue de 47.29 ± 7.67 años. La HTA(52.9%) y sedentarismo(88,2) estuvieron más asociados con enfermedad arterial coronaria. La forma de presentación más frecuente fue SCACEST(58,8%), siendo la cara anterior(80.0%) la cara más afectada. La enfermedad multivaso se presentó en el 52.9%. Los genotipo AG(88.2%) y GC(68.8) fueron los más frecuente en el rs10757274 y rs1333049, respectivamente. En cuanto a las pruebas funcionales(caminata de 6 minutos) se evidencio en el poliformismo rs10757274 correlacion negativa con distancia de metros recorridos. Conclusiones: La HTA y sedentarismo fueron los factores de riesgo más frecuentes asociados a enfermedad arterial coronaria y presencia de polimorfismo rs10757274 y rs 1333049. La prueba funcional utilizada en este trabajo (caminata de 6 minutos) nos reporta que la presencia de los alelos más agresivos generaron menos metros recorridos. | |

Results: The average age in this work was 47.29 ± 7.67 years. HBP (52.9%) and sedentary lifestyle (88.2) were more associated with coronary artery disease. The most frequent form of presentation was STEACS (58.8%), with the anterior face (80.0%) being the most affected face. Multivessel disease was present in 52.9%. The AG (88.2%) and GC (68.8) genotypes were the most frequent in rs10757274 and rs1333049, respectively. Regarding the functional tests (6-minute walk), a negative correlation with the distance of meters traveled was evidenced in the rs10757274 polymorphism. Conclusions: HBP and sedentary lifestyle were the most frequent risk factors associated with coronary artery disease and the presence of polymorphism rs10757274 and rs 1333049. The functional test used in this work (6-minute walk) reports that the presence of the most aggressive alleles they generated fewer meters traveled. | |
