dc.descriptionThis article arises in view of the objective need to determine what are the causes why the Peruvian university, in general, is facing the current crisis that can be perceived as a product of the lack of application of a good part of the scope established in the National Strategic Plan regarding the university and its operation. This lack of application is what has resulted in the conditions that are seen within the problematic of university education, trying to explain it in the best way to understand this conflictive situation. The general conclusion is aimed at determining guidelines that lead to understand the underlying problem and to be aware of the need for competent authorities to act on the aforementioned crisis in order to seek to reverse the current situation that is occurring.en-US
dc.descriptionEste artículo se plantea ante la necesidad objetiva de determinar cuáles son las causas por las cuales la universidad peruana, en general, se encuentra enfrentando la crisis actual que se puede percibir como producto de la falta de aplicación de buena parte de los alcances establecidos en el Plan Estratégico Nacional respecto de la universidad y su funcionamiento. Esta falta de aplicación es la que viene dando como resultado las condiciones que se advierten dentro de la problemática de la educación universitaria procurando explicarla de la mejor manera para la comprensión de esta situación conflictiva. La conclusión general se encuentra dirigida a determinar pautas que conlleven a entender el problema de fondo y a tomar conciencia sobre la necesidad de que las autoridades competentes actúen sobre la mencionada crisis con la finalidad de procurar revertir la situación actual que se viene produciendo.es-ES
