dc.descriptionThis research aims to document and provide information to our authorities, teachers, administration staff and students about the quality of educational services for the professional training of undergraduate students of the final year of the School of Accounting Sciences of San Marcos (2014). This study was accomplished by doing fieldwork, the instrument applied was a questionnaire for students of Accounting School. Out of all students, a sample of 153 students was taken. The information was collected, stratified sampling was done and within each stratum simple random sampling was performed again. The information was stored in the statistical software SPSS 22.The study consisted first, in a descriptive study of two-dimensional educational services: educational service (infrastructure, administrative services and academic teaching and learning) and professional training (cognitive competences and abilities and skills). A correlational study was then performed using a suitable correlation coefficient, the statistic test Tau-b of Kendall. With this ratio, we conducted an analysis and interpretation of the results and concluded that there is a strong correlation between the services provided by the faculty and the training students have received.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad documentar y proporcionar información a nuestras autoridades, docentes, administrativos y estudiantes sobre la calidad de servicios educativos para la formación profesional de los estudiantes del pregrado del último año de la facultad de Ciencias Contables de la UNMSM (2014). Para realizar este estudio, se hizo un trabajo de campo, teniendo como instrumento un cuestionario que se aplicó a los estudiantes de la especialidad de Contabilidad. Del total de estudiantes, se tomó una muestra de 153 estudiantes. Se recolectó la información, realizándose un muestreo estratificado y dentro de cada estrato, se hizo un muestreo aleatorio simple. La información se almacenó en el software estadístico SPSS 22. El trabajo consistió primeramente, en realizar un estudio descriptivo sobre dos dimensiones: servicio educativo (infraestructura, servicios académicos-administrativos y enseñanza-aprendizaje) y formación profesional (competencias cognitivas y, habilidades y destrezas). Luego, se realizó un estudio correlacional, utilizando un coeficiente de correlación apropiado, la prueba estadística Tau-b de Kendall. Con este coeficiente, realizamos un análisis e interpretación de los resultados obtenidos y concluimos que existe una fuerte correlación entre los servicios que brindan la facultad y la formación profesional que han recibido los estudiantes.es-ES
