dc.descriptionThis research aims to find, explain and describe the procedures for analysis of impact indicators on the levels of employment, underemployment and unemployment, as well as significant other indicators such as the population of working age (PET) and the economically active population (PEA). Based on the construction and analysis of indicators, such as employment, unemployment and underemployment rates which in reality turn out to be frequent indicators of the laboral market. We can identify through them changes in the labor market of a country. In the development of this research, concepts are explained on the reference period and the minimum age, in order to identify the condition of activity, the active search in the case unemployment, the one hours criterion typifying the busy, and the minimum benchmark, as a limit to characterize the invisible underemployed person among other things. Consequently, there is interest in assessing the concrete reality and validity of the calculation methodologies, and considering the observations submitted within their results, which relate to the level of employment rates, underemployment and unemployment and Punjab, however, these are the product of the same procedures used by countries in the region, also recommended by the International Labor Organization (ILO). To measure rates of employment, unemployment and underemployment of this investigation, we have used data collected by the National Household Survey (ENAHO) in Metropolitan Lima and Callao. Finally, we proceeded with a qualitative analysis of the data collected.en-US
dc.descriptionLa presente investigación pretende encontrar, explicar y calificar los procedimientos de análisis de los indicadores de impacto de los niveles de empleo, subempleo y desempleo además de otros significativos, como la Población en Edad de Trabajar (PET) y la Población Económicamente Activa (PEA). Partiendo de la construcción y análisis de los indicadores como las tasas de empleo, subempleo y desempleo, que en la realidad resultan ser indicadores frecuentes cuando se quiere conocer el comportamiento del mercado laboral, podemos calificar a través de ellos la evolución del nivel de ocupación del país. En el desarrollo de la presente investigación, se explican conceptos sobre el periodo de referencia y la edad mínima, con el fin de identificar la condición de actividad, la búsqueda activa en el caso del desempleo abierto, el criterio de una hora tipificando al ocupado, y el ingreso mínimo referencial, como límite para caracterizar al subempleado invisible, entre otros aspectos. Consecuentemente, existe interés de evaluar la realidad concreta y la validez de las metodologías de cálculo, considerando las observaciones y atingencias presentadas sobre sus resultados, que refieren el nivel de las tasas de empleo, subempleo y desempleo de Lima Metropolitana y que, sin embargo, son producto de los mismos procedimientos que utilizan los países de la región, recomendados igualmente por la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT). Para medir las tasas de empleo, desempleo y subempleo de esta investigación, se ha usado los datos obtenidos por la Encuesta Nacional de Hogares (ENAHO) en las viviendas de Lima Metropolitana y la Provincia Constitucional del Callao.
