dc.description	In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the apical sealing abilities achieved with the glass ionomer cement Ketac Endo, it was prepared 40 single rooted teeth, using the biomechanical preparation technique "step back ", and then they were filled with Lateral Condensation technique. 20 of them used the Ketac Endo sealer and 20 the Grossman sealer After the process of ink apical leakage, the specimens were cleared up for the observation to Stereo microscope. The results indicated a smaller degree of apical microleakage for Ketac Endo sealer than Grossman sealer.	en-US
dc.description	Con la finalidad de evaluar la efectividad del sellado apical logrado con el cemento sellador a base de ionómero de vidrio Ketac Endo, se prepararon 40 dientes unirradiculares con la técnica de preparación biomecánica en "retroceso" y se obturaron con la técnica Condensación Lateral. 20 de ellos usaron el sellador Ketac Endo y 20 el sellador de Grossman. Después del proceso de microfiltración apical de tinta los especímenes, fueron transparentados para la observación al microscopio Stereo. Los resultados indicaron un menor grado de microfiltración apical para el sellador Ketac Endo que para el sellador de Grossman.	es-ES
