dc.descriptionIn Peru, there are two types of jewelry practice (industrial and artisanal) the second mentioned has a greater participation of people in this context the contribution is for the development of artisanal jewelry (handmade) carrying out a variety of operations with a very high incidence in the manual elaboration to obtain the product (jewel) for sale in the national market. Within the processing: initial step is with casting, in this area the analysis and follow-up was carried out to obtain the optimal and adequate alloy, in this procedure the phenomenon of the oxidation of the material (alloy) occurs, whose manifestation is the affirmation in the superficial part of the visible material, due to the lack of the inert system (zone without oxygen) necessary in it, to reduce the event, the lack of oxygen containment, does not contribute to the good surface presentation after casting, ultimately influencing the preparation and the finish of the jewel, specifically in silver and gold, taking great care with these metals with the fulfillment of quality, attentive to the occurrence of good appearance, must present qualities such as cleanliness inside and on the surface, which will facilitate the presentation, for the following processes within the preparation of the jewel, especially with the brightness of the aforementioned precious metals, s requested in the pieces made. The artisan jeweler (micro, small or independent) have too many economic limitations for that reason they do not have a reduction system, with the present proposal it will benefit and it is directed to them; feasible and friendly to the environment, economically favorable due to the ease of application for jewelers, it is within the reach of operators and all those involved in this manufacturing specialty, taking into account the economic and labor reality of manufacturers, differing from those made industrially .en-US
dc.descriptionEn Perú, se tiene dos tipos de practica joyera (industrial y artesanal) el segundo mencionado tiene mayor participación de personas en este contexto el aporte es para el desarrollo de la joyería artesanal (hecho a mano) realizando una variedad de operaciones con incidencia muy alta en la elaboración manual para la obtención del producto (joya) para venta en el mercado nacional. Dentro del procesamiento: paso inicial es con fundición, en esta área se realizó el análisis y el seguimiento para la obtención de aleación optimo y adecuado, en este procedimiento ocurre el fenómeno de la oxidación del material(aleación) cuya manifestación es la afirmación en la parte superficial del material visible, por no existir el sistema inerte(zona sin oxígeno) necesario en él, para reducir el evento, la inexistencia de la contención del oxígeno, no colabora a la buena presentación superficial después del colado influyendo en definitiva en el preparado y el acabado de la joya, específicamente en plata y oro, teniendo mucho cuidado con estos metales con el cumplimiento de la calidad, atentos a la ocurrencia de buena presencia, debiendo presentar cualidades como limpieza al interior y en la superficie, el cual facilitará la presentación, para los siguientes procesos dentro de la preparación de la joya especialmente con el brillo de los mencionados metales preciosos, solicitados en las piezas confeccionadas (Loyen & Hernández Díaz, 1989). El joyero artesanal(micro, pequeño o independiente) tienen demasiadas limitaciones económicas por ello no poseen un sistema reducción, con la presente propuesta beneficiará y es dirigido a ellos; realizable y amigable al medio ambiente, económicamente favorable por la facilidad aplicativa para los joyeros, está al alcance de los operadores y de todos los involucrados de esta especialidad manufacturera, teniendo en cuenta la realidad económica y laboral de los fabricantes, diferenciándose de los confeccionados industrialmente.es-ES
