dc.descriptionOf the coastal cities, Tacna is the one that is most densely shaped by the highlands. The culture and habits of its people show the existence of a primeval link between the Titicaca basin and the South West Coast. Their religion, the object of study of this work, expresses the characteristics of the Aymara culture, from which it reproduces its patterns of organization and significance. In turn, due to the European invasion, this religion is redefined by combining its own elements with those incorporated by the Christian religion. This fusion allows us to perceive in the religious manifestations of the inhabitants of Tacna, the Andean cultural patterns with the greatest urban influence, where Morenos and Cruceros constitute the most representative expressions of the popular religion of Tacna.en-US
dc.descriptionDe las ciudades costeras, Tacna es la que está configurada más densamente por el altiplano. La cultura y hábitos de su gente muestra la existencia de un vínvulo primigenio entre la cuenca del Titicaca y la Costa Sur Occidental. Su religión, objeto de estudio del presente trabajo, expresa las características de la cultura aymara, de la que reproduce sus patrones de organización y significación. A su vez debido a la invasión europea, esta religión se redefine combinando elementos propios con los incorporados por la religión cristiana. Esta fusión permite percibir en las manifestaciones religiosas de los pobladores de Tacna, los moldes culturales andinos con mayor influencia urbana, donde Morenos y Cruceros constituyen las expresiones más representativas de la religión popular de Tacna. es-ES
