dc.descriptionReport kept in the Cayaltí fund of the Agrarian Documentation Center, which includes the opinion of the commercial commission sent to Chile in 1932 by four business associations (Agrarian Society, Lima Chamber of Commerce, National Society of Industries and the Peruvian Cattlemen's Association) about the impact of the 1929 crash on Peruvian-Chilean trade relations and the feasible mechanisms to be applied to reactivate exchanges for the benefit of national industries. Faced with this critical situation, the Peruvian economy was studying the possibility of extending the importation of Chilean products, without affecting the national industry.  en-US
