dc.descriptionLo que nos proponemos en este trabajo es indagar cómo realiza Kant el salto de la Ética al Derecho. En segundo término, resaltar lo que aquí llamamos «La revolución ética Kantiana», revolución que nos conlleva a la instauración ideal del Derecho Cosmopolita, en vía a su único y último fin: La Paz Perpetua. Y por último, intentaremos demostrar la influencia de los ideales y principios éticos kantianos en la Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos.es-ES

In the second place, highlight what we call “The kantian Ethical Revolution” a revolution that brings us to the ideal application of Cosmopolitan Law, with its one and only purpose: Perpetual Peace. And lastly, we will try to demonstrate the influence of the kantian ideals and ethical principals in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.en-US
