É objetivo do artigo, igualmente demonstrar que há um quadro legal vigente no Brasil que dota o Poder Público de instrumentos para enfrentar a Pandemia do Covid 19.Palavras – chave. COVID 19. Ecologia.Abstract: The article deals, in general lines, with the relationship between ecology and pandemic, trying to demonstrate that the long coexistence of Humans beings with animals is a source of innumerable diseases and that, currently, the industrial production of birds, has aggravated the situation.
