Ora, no âmbito do Estado Democrático de Direito faz-se fundamental o estudo e discussão de Políticas Públicas, de seus instrumentos e objetivos. Deste modo, discorrer-se-á sobre a natureza jurídica de orçamento público, suas implicações e o posicionamento doutrinário acerca do conceito.Abordar-se-á a PEC do orçamento impositivo e suas implicações para o atual cenário nacional das políticas públicas e desenvolvimento, mostrando possíveis benefícios e resultados esperados.Palavras-chave: Finanças Públicas. Orçamento. Orçamento Público. Políticas Públicas.Abstract: This report is a reflection on the action of the Public Budget on Public Policies. In the context of the Democratic State, it is fundamental to study and discuss public policies, instruments and objectives. In this way, it discusses the legal nature of public debt, its implications and the name of action on the concept.It will address a PEC of the tax budget and its implications for the current national scenario of public policies and development, showing as possible benefits and expected results.Keywords: Public finances.
