| dc.description | The field of studies that relates history and literature has been expanding more and more, and its investigation investigates an opening in relation to narrative, leading historians to increasingly problematize their activity at the time of writing. The present work aims to present the “concept sketch” of imagery as a possibility for analyzing the works of Virginia Woolf (1882 - 1941), having as main point the metaphors used by the author that refer to the aquatic world. For this, I use the work “Naufrágio com Espectador” by Hans Blumenberg as an interlocutor. Thus, what is expected is to affirm the place of metaphorology and imagery as analytical possibilities of the literary text, a bulletin in the beginning of the 20th century. | en-US |
| dc.description | O campo de estudos que relaciona história e literatura tem se ampliado cada vez mais, e sua interação propõe uma abertura no que se refere a relação à narrativa, levando o historiador a problematizar cada vez mais a sua atividade no momento da escrita. O presente trabalho visa a apresentação do “esboço de conceito” da imageria como possibilidade de análise das obras de Virginia Woolf (1882 – 1941), tendo como ponto de principal as metáforas empregadas pela autora que se referem ao mundo aquático. Para isto, utilizo como interlocutor a obra “Naufrágio com Espectador” de Hans Blumenberg. Assim, o que se espera é afirmar o lugar da metaforologia e da imageria como possibilidades analíticas do texto literário, inicialmente no início do século XX. | pt-BR |
