Inside this capitalism´s metamorphosis, with its neoliberal ideology leading the changes, the system increased its capacities to extract surplus-value. Either workers’s time and cotidianity has been completely colonized by capital’s requirements. There are no more limits for non paid work inside a society constantly shined through connectivity and its incessants demands for constant and permanent work. Jonathan Crary and Shosana Zubbof study, the first, the incessant time of work (24/7) and the second, how the new big companies crate, with the lowest human’s paid work possible, the maximun of profit (Big Data).en-US
dc.descriptionNa passagem do século XX para o século XXI, as novas tecnologias de informação e um ambiente de trabalho controlado por computadores substituíram o antigo modelo fabril pelo modelo empresarial. Neste contexto de metamorfose do capitalismo, com a ideologia neoliberal na proa da mudanças, multiplicaram-se as capacidades de extração de mais-valor. Tanto o tempo quanto o cotidiano dos trabalhadores foram completamente colonizados pelas exigência do capital. Não existem mais limites para o tempo de trabalho não pago, em uma sociedade continuamente iluminada pela conectividade e incessantes demandas de trabalho ininterrupto. Jonathan Crary e Shoshana Zuboff estudam, respectivamente, o tempo de trabalho incessante (24/7) e o meio pelo qual as novas empresas estabelecem, com o mínimo de recursos humanos, o máximo de lucratividade (Big Data).pt-BR
