dc.descriptionThis research aims to analyze how the Safe Adoption Project, carried out by the Judiciary of Paraná in the County of Maringá, is a way of achieving sustainable development in society at national level because of social information’s about the adoption institute, in view of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, focusing on the Goal nº 16, which aims to promote social pacification, as well as its relationship with Brazilian Law, in addition to its relationship with personality rights. For that, the deductive method of approach was used, through case and statistical study, based on research and literature review on the subject. As a result, it was found that Brazil has sought to act in order to socially effect the 2030 Agenda, including in the Judiciary, which in addition to applying the other Goals, latent the presence of nº 16 that aims at social pacification in several aspects, taking as an example the Safe Adoption Project, which, by providing information to society about the institute of adoption and regular delivery for adoption, in addition to guaranteeing the Personality Rights of children and adolescents through family coexistence.en-US
dc.descriptionA presente pesquisa objetiva analisar o Projeto Adoção Segura, realizado pelo Poder Judiciário paranaense na Comarca de Maringá na efetivação do desenvolvimento sustentável na sociedade por informá-la sobre as peculiaridades da adoção, em vista dos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável da ONU, com enfoque no Objetivo nº 16, que visa a promoção da pacificação social, bem como a relação com os direitos da personalidade. Para tanto, utilizou-se o método dedutivo de abordagem, por meio de estudo de caso e estatístico, fundamentado em pesquisa e revisão bibliográfica acerca do tema. Como resultado, verificou-se que o Brasil tem buscado atuar de forma a efetivar socialmente a Agenda 2030, inclusive no Poder Judiciário, que além de aplicar os demais Objetivos, latente a presença do de nº 16 que visa a pacificação social em diversos aspectos, tendo como exemplo disso o Projeto Adoção Segura, que ao conceder informação à sociedade sobre o instituto da adoção e da entrega regular para adoção, além de garantir os direitos da personalidade das crianças e dos adolescentes por intermédio da convivência familiar.pt-BR
