| dc.description | The history of valuing and defending the rights of children and adolescents gets involved with the very development of humanity. The twentieth century in Brazil was marked by struggles and social changes that gave new meaning to the legal system and Public Policies aimed at children and adolescents for being recognized as people in development. Despite a special legislative framework for the protection of children and adolescents, the study intends to discuss about the constant and growing violation of the rights of children and adolescents, evidencing the lack of effectiveness of the norms directed to this public. As evidence of the absence of the enforcement of special protection laws, the study is based on data on the violence that occurred in 2020, during the pandemic of COVID-19, and with reference to theoretical contributions by Sarlet and Santos that allow, through dialectics, to analyze the problem from its complexity. | en-US |
| dc.description | A história da valorização e defesa dos direitos da criança e do adolescente se embrinca com o próprio desenvolvimento da humanidade. O século XX, no Brasil, foi marcado por lutas e transformações sociais que ressignificaram o ordenamento jurídico e as Políticas Públicas voltadas para crianças e adolescentes por serem reconhecidos como pessoas em desenvolvimento. Apesar de um arcabouço legislativo especial de proteção a crianças e adolescentes, o estudo pretende trazer a constante e crescente violação de direitos do público infanto-juvenil, evidenciando a falta de efetivação das normas dirigidas a esse público. Como evidência da ausência da efetivação das leis de proteção especial o estudo é pautado em dados da violência ocorrida em 2020, em meio a pandemia do COVID-19, e com referência em aportes teóricos de Sarlet e Santos que permitem através da dialética analisar o problema a partir de sua complexidade.Palavras-chave: Dignidade; Direitos Humanos; Violência. | pt-BR |
