dc.description.abstractThis exploratory theoretical study aims to show the importance of information literacy combined with museum education, aimed at the internal professionals of small museums. In this context, this professional, using information competence processes and continuing museal education, recognizes the generation, sharing and use of information through training and information in the use of available information resources. The partial results indicate that investments in collective learning are necessary in order to enable these information professionals. In conclusion, it is proposed to demonstrate that the museum as an information organization and unit should consider information as a strategic resource and thereby create an environment of dialogue and organizational learning.
