dc.description.abstract | This article objective to present an experience report on university teaching in the Library internship of a Graduate Program in the area of Information Science. The discipline taught was called “Patrimony Institutions, Preservation Institutions”, whose objective was to show students the importance of patrimony institutions (archive, library and museum) as spaces of culture and preservation, as well as the convergences and divergences between them information units. The methodology for the development of this study was based on a descriptive-analytical study, type experience report on university teaching, conducted in the second semester of 2018, between August and October. The result achieved with the teaching internship made it clear that Science course of a Brazilian public university. This experience was experienced by a doctoral student in the teaching this activity allows the doctoral student a first contact with the teaching practice in higher education and the opportunity to develop didactic practices, relate to undergraduate students and discuss with the internship supervisor their experiences and expectations regarding the lived practice, as well as learning a new professional performance, which besides qualifying the doctoral student, develops, above all, skills and competences for professional success as a future teacher. In addition, the study also made clear the need to recognize that knowledge and learning are not built in isolation, requiring postgraduate students to dialogue with their colleagues to exchange information and experiences in order to be able to reflect about your actions. | |
