Avaliação do equipamento ICP-OES usando carta de controle de medidas individuais e de amplitude móvel

Abstract

The analysis of lubricating oils is an important tool for preventive maintenance of equipment. For the sample assessment to be valid, the analyzes must be performed on accurate and unbiased measurement systems. In this work, control charts of individual measurements and range of motion were developed to evaluate the condition of the ICP-OES equipment. For this, a reference sample was taken regarding the concentration of the chemical elements aluminum, calcium, copper, phosphorus and zinc. The results obtained show that the control charts can be used to monitor the measurement system, in addition to demonstrating situations that may require intervention to reduce variability.
