The molars of six years are the first permanent teeth to erupt in the arch, forming the first and most important of the ten keys of occlusion and Angle proposed by Andrews (key Angle molar occlusion). Thus, the first permanent molar is very important in the transition from deciduous to permanent teeth, making it necessary to survey the prevalence of early loss of teeth. After literature review, conducted in Virtual Libraries available on the Internet (Scielo, Virtual Health Library (VHL), Google Scholar and Virtual Library Platform Agora) using the following keywords: "loss of first permanent molar," "extraction of the first permanent molar, "" early loss of first permanent molar, "we analyzed dental records (secondary data) of children aged 06-10 years treated during the period 2003 to 2010, UBS in" For Love of the Johnstown Bridge "the city of Johnstown Bridge / MG, which had lost the first permanent molar. The early loss of permanent first molars could indicate an inefficiency in the promotion and management of dental caries in the catchment area, and cause alteration of masticatory function, continuity of the eruption of antagonist teeth (leading to an extrusion thereof) and rotation of adjacent molars . The highest rate of extraction of lower first permanent molar, found when analyzing the records of the Oral Health Team "For the love of St. John's Bridge" was aged 10 years. The insertion of the ESB in the ESF aims to decrease rates of dental epidemiology and expand the access of the population shares of Oral Health. There are several consequences, as in masticatory function, occlusal harmony, when it occurs early loss of the First Permanent Molar. The early loss of the First Permanent Molar indicates inefficiency in the promotion and management of dental caries.
