dc.description.abstractThis text addresses the management of waste generated by veterinary activities, highlighting its disposal and disinfection. For this, it describes the national and international legislation recommended for the disposal of the material, as well as presenting the need for prior treatment of this waste, since they could eventually be considered as waste from health services that may pose risks to human health and the environment.
