| dc.description.abstract | The present work has as its theme "The importance of implementing control tools to aid decision-making in the civil construction sector", it was presented in the course of the work that control tools are essential in the management of civil construction, as they help the managers in controlling the quality and quantity of works. In this way, the objective of this work was to analyze the importance of planning and control of works, as well as methods and technical tools that can be applied to quality control in civil construction. For the elaboration of this work, a study was carried out through bibliographical, scientific and documentary research, in addition to disposing of doctrines by Roberto Gil Espinha (2019), Isabelle Pazinato Albanez (2017), Guilherme Gilberto Alda (2016), Jardel Alves Amorim (2022 ), Nathalia Silvestre Anselmo (2021). In addition, an improvement was carried out with books, articles, monographs, documents, files from public and private institutions, data, summaries and reviews on the texts worked on. Finally, it can be concluded that the implementation of effective control tools can help determine the effectiveness of the program. It also helps managers understand how their decisions affect the business. This knowledge can be used to improve business processes and increase profitability. | |
