Métodos de pesquisa em contabilidade apresentados no ENANPAD 2016

Abstract

This study evaluated the research methods and accounting techniques in annals of the EnANPAD 2016 within the line CON, as well as outlined the research profile of this area. The research methodology adopted is an descriptive study, with documentary analysis, a qualitative approach 52 abstracts of articles from the CON - Accounting area were analyzed, and it was verified that accounting is still a less representative area within the EnANPAD event, representing 4% of the articles. The subjects control, management accounting, and financial accounting were the most relevant considering the number of articles; and the most relevant sub-items were IFRS, Performance Analysis and Audit. Regarding the higher education institutions participating in the event, the most relevant in terms of publications in the proceedings of the EnANPAD 2016 were Universidade Regional de Blumenau (FURB); Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC) e Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR). . The state that most contributed was Santa Catarina, representing 12 out of 52 articles. The area of CON - Accounting has most of its articles of quantitative nature.
