This paper presents and discusses the result of the application of the Drama Theory and its instrumentalization in Confrontation Analysis to the context of a territory affected by mining activity, specifically by mining dams. This work described the territory of São Sebastião das Águas Claras/MG and how the involved actors' relationship takes place based on their options for actions, structuring the dilemmas found according to the theoretical-instrumental reference. Considering that the environments where there are mining dams have become more complex and sensitive after the incidents of Mariana (2015) and Brumadinho (2019), in this paper we sought to list the main actors in the territory, structuring their actions based on the planning for the execution of the external emergency drill, more specifically in the preparation of civil society for the action. The entire analysis was carried out with the aim of recognizing the possibilities of strategies applicable or not to the territory that could result in a risk and emergency prevention culture for mining dams.
