dc.description.abstractBased on the capacity for improvement and evolution of the Santo Tomás University, it is desired implement a platform that allows communication in order to relate the workers of the university with the performance of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. A software is developed for the completion of surveys with a Likert scale, with the objective of better classifying the data presented from the interaction of the workers when answering various questions about the behavior of the SG-SST. Accompanying these surveys with an analysis where you can see the levels of satisfaction to identify strengths and weaknesses of the SG-SST.
