dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tiene como principal objetivo identificar un perfil demográfico de un grupo de personas frente a la compra de una vivienda con características sostenibles. Determinar cómo esas variables demográficas pueden influenciar una decisión de compra frente a esta nueva forma de diseñar y construir viviendas permite la compresión detallada que potenciales clientes experimentan durante el proceso de compra. La investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo. Se utilizó en esta investigación el análisis de correspondencias, que consiste en un método descriptivo o exploratorio como alcance. La muestra es no probabilística a conveniencia del investigador. Acorde a los resultados del presente trabajo investigativo, se concluye que existe un perfil específico de los compradores de una vivienda con atributos de sostenibilidad. Dichos compradores tienen características demográficas orientadas a preferir el estrato 5; sin embargo, requieren condiciones flexibles en cuanto a cuota inicial, precio, y factores de diferenciación claros en la vivienda sostenible. | |
dc.description.abstract | The main objective of this research is to identify a demographic profile of a group of people facing the purchase of a home with sustainable characteristics. Determining how these demographic variables can influence a purchase decision in the face of this new way of designing and building homes, this allows a detailed understanding of how potential clients experience during the purchase process. This research has a quantitative approach. Correspondence analysis was used in this research, which consists of a descriptive or exploratory method as scope. The sample is non-probabilistic at the convenience of the researcher. According to the results of this research, it is concluded that there is a specific profile of buyers of a home with attributes of sustainability. These buyers have demographic characteristics oriented to prefer stratum five (5), however, they require flexible conditions in terms of down payment, price, and clear differentiation factors in sustainable housing. | |
