dc.description.abstractCon la implementación de los equipos de respuesta rápida el gran objetivo es identificar los pacientes en riesgo de descompensación clínica por la cual está siendo manejado en la hospitalización; con la intención de la disminución de la mortalidad dentro de la institución y de las complicaciones asociadas a procedimientos llevados a cabo. El objetivo del presente trabajo es describir la experiencia de la implementación del algoritmo de los grupos de respuesta rápida por parte del personal y la identificación de los elementos necesarios para el desempeño sistemático de este equipo en la clínica y su utilidad dentro del ambiente hospitalario de esta institución.
