dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this project is to evaluate the feasibility of creating a restaurant whose offer is based on fresh, nutritious, healthy and balanced food, which itself solves three main problems, the first corresponding to food as a basic function of the human being, the second that supports and encourages the tendency to adopta healthy lifestyle and thus generate a decrease in the obesity rates of the Colombian population; and the third, to contribute to the economy of the country, generating employment and income.
The first part describes the entire analysis of the target market to determine the potential demand, the main motivations for the business idea are analyzed and the key consumption variables are outlined. The survey is used asan information collection tool to define in the first instance the best area and in the second instance, the characteristics that potential customers value most in relation to the business idea.
