| dc.description | A efectos de conseguir un desarrollo turístico armónico y sostenible, es esencial la normativa y la política relativas al planeamiento urbanístico y territorial de las zonas o espacios turísticos, es decir, dónde y cómo se pueden construir los hoteles y apartamentos turísticos. Es necesario destacar que en el texto se abordará, la íntima relación que existe entre planificación de los espacios turísticos y ordenación territorial y urbanística; la ineludible necesidad del planeamiento territorial o urbanístico; la existencia de una administración competente que apruebe el plan propuesto; qué contenidos ha de tener este planeamiento. Y por ultimo pero no menos importante se abordará la búsqueda de un turismo de mayor calidad, a través del incremento de los parámetros físicos exigibles y de la mejora y modernización de los establecimientos. | |
