dc.descriptionLa dinámica del desarrollo de productos cada vez más rápida, manufactura con mayor personalización, y la necesidad de personalización, y la necesidad de distribución más rápida ha beneficiado a los consumidores y al mismo tiempo ha conducido a nuevas y más exigentes expectativas de los clientes que las compañías deben cumplir para permanecer en el mercado. Los sistemas ERP y otras aplicaciones para administración de la cadena de abastecimiento (SCM, CRM, PLM, etc.) proporcionan a las empresas la capacidad de gerenciar correctamente toda la cadena de valor, iniciando por los proveedores de los proveedores y terminando en los clientes de los clientes. El éxito depende de la capacidad de la organización y proporcionar un mejor producto y servicio al cliente.
