| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo del estudio fue Determinar la estabilidad y actividad antibacteriana contra Streptococcus mutans de los enjuagues bucales más comercializados en las boticas del Distrito de José Leonardo Ortiz – Chiclayo 2021. Se analizaron las características organolépticas y la estabilidad acelerada, la actividad antibacteriana contra Streptococcus mutans se determinó mediante la técnica de difusión en pozo. Los resultados, demostraron que se las muesras observaron cambios con respecto al sabor, olor y sabor, además se observó efecto antibacteriano de algunos enjuagues contra Streptococcus mutans. Se concluye que los enjuagues bucales mostraron estabilidad acelerada, además, todos presentaron efecto antibacteriano contra Streptococcus mutans | |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective of the study was to determine the stability and antibacterial activity against Streptococcus mutans of the most commercialized mouthwashes in the drugstores of the District of José Leonardo Ortiz - Chiclayo 2021. The organoleptic characteristics and accelerated stability were analyzed; the antibacterial activity against Streptococcus mutans was determined by the well diffusion technique. The results showed that the samples showed changes with respect to taste, odor and flavor, and the antibacterial effect of some rinses against Streptococcus mutans was also observed. It is concluded that the mouth rinses showed accelerated stability, in addition, all of them showed antibacterial effect against Streptococcus mutans | |
