dc.description.abstract | Se determinó el efecto antibacteriano del aceite esencial de las semillas de Passiflora edulis “maracuyá” y Passiflora ligularis “granadilla” sobre Staphylococcus aureus. La metodología fue aplicada, prospectiva con diseño experimental y grupo control, método de extracción Soxhlet con éter, se empleó el método de Kirby. Resultados: el aceite de maracuyá al 100% halo de inhibición de 19,95+0,26mm y para el 50% de 14,85+0,24mm, el aceite de granadilla, halo de 19,04+0,36mm para el 100% y 13,07+0,48mm para el 50%. Se concluye que el aceite esencial de Passiflora edulis “maracuyá” y Passiflora ligularis “granadilla” al 100% y 50% presentan efecto antibacteriano sobre Staphylococcus aureus | |
dc.description.abstract | The antibacterial effect of the essential oil of Passiflora edulis "passion fruit" and Passiflora ligularis "granadilla" seeds on Staphylococcus aureus was determined.
