Caracterización del registro de información de las Historias Clínicas del Servicio de Estomatología del Centro de Salud de Salcabamba

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo, evaluar el registro de información de las historias clínicas del servicio de estomatología en el Centro de Salud de Salcabamba, de enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental, observacional. con una muestra de 200 historias clínicas, el instrumento fue una ficha de recolección de datos elaborada para la investigación. Los resultados permitieron describir y calificar que el 92.1% de las historias clínicas son eficientes y el 7.9% deficientes, en el rellenado completo son eficientes el 95.9% y deficientes el 4.1% en la legibilidad eficientes el 90.5% y deficientes el 9.5% en la veracidad eficientes el 89.9% y deficientes el 10.1%. En conclusión, la caracterización del registro de información de las historias clínicas en el servicio de estomatología de Centro de Salud de Salcabamba son eficientes en un 92,1%

The objective of the research was to evaluate the recording of information from the clinical histories of the stoma service in the Salcabamba Health Center, with a quantitative, non-experimental, observational approach. With a sample of 200 clinical histories, the instrument was a data collection sheet developed for the research. The results allowed describing and qualifying that 92.1% of the clinical histories are efficient and 7.9% deficient, in the complete filling they are efficient 95.9% and deficient 4.1% in the legibility efficient 90.5% and deficient 9.5% in the veracity efficient 89.9% and deficient 10.1%.
