Actividad laxante del Hylocereus megalanthus (Pitahaya amarilla) frente al Hylocereus monacanthus (Pitahaya roja) en Mus musculus (Ratones Albinos)

Abstract

Este estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la actividad laxante del Hylocereus megalanthus (Pitahaya amarilla) frente al Hylocereus monacanthus (Pitahaya roja) en Mus musculus (Ratones Albinos). Respecto a la metodología el alcance es descriptiva, tipo de estudio experimental, transversal, retrospectivo y su diseño es Básica, realizado en una muestra vegetal: 4 Kg del fruto de Hylocereus megalanthus, 4 Kg del fruto de Hylocereus monacanthus, y muestra Animal 70 ratones albinos, donde la prueba de solubilidad, así como la marcha fitoquímica, permitió conocer el grado de solubilidad, así como los metabolitos secundarios presentes en la pitahaya amarilla y roja, también fue analizado la actividad laxante en ratones albinos, los cuales fueron sometidos a las muestras

The objective of this study was to determine the laxative activity of Hylocereus megalanthus (yellow Pitahaya) versus Hylocereus monacanthus (red Pitahaya) in Mus musculus (albino mice). Regarding the methodology, the scope is descriptive, experimental, cross-sectional, retrospective and its design is Basic, carried out on a plant sample: 4 Kg of the fruit of Hylocereus megalanthus, 4 Kg of the fruit of Hylocereus monacanthus, and Animal sample 70 albino mice, where the solubility test, as well as the phytochemical march, allowed to know the degree of solubility, as well as the secondary metabolites present in the yellow and red pitahaya, also was analyzed the laxative activity in albino mice, which were subjected to the samples
