dc.description.abstract | El objetivo del trabajo fue determinar el efecto antibacteriano “in vitro” del extracto etanólico de Coriandrum sativum L. (Culantro) sobre Staphylococcus aureus ATCC N°25923. El extracto se obtuvo por extracción alcohólica empleando etanol 96° y el efecto antibacteriano se determinó por medio de la técnica de difusión en agar en placas Petri. Los resultados obtenidos fueron el extracto etanólico de culantro al 50% obtuvo halo de inhibición promedio de 13.91mm, el extracto etanólico de culantro al 100% obtuvo halo de 18,00mm. Se concluye que El extracto etanólico de Coriandrum sativum L. (Culantro) presentó efecto antibacteriano in vitro, sobre Staphylococcus aureus ATCC N°25923 a las concentraciones de estudio | |
dc.description.abstract | The objective of this work was to determine the in vitro antibacterial effect of the ethanolic extract of Coriandrum sativum L. (Coriander) on Staphylococcus aureus ATCC N°25923. The extract was obtained by alcoholic extraction using 96° ethanol and the antibacterial effect was determined by the agar diffusion technique in Petri dishes. The results obtained were the 50% ethanolic extract of coriander obtained an average inhibition halo of 13.91 mm, the 100% ethanolic extract of coriander obtained a halo of 18.00 mm.
