Reacciones adversas por consumo de AINES en el contexto del Covid-19 en usuarios atendidos en botica “Virgen del Carmen, Chiclayo-2022”

Abstract

El objetivo del estudio fue identificar las reacciones adversas por consumo de Antiinflamatorios no esteroideos (AINES) en el contexto del COVID-19 en los usuarios atendidos en la botica “Virgen del Carmen de Chiclayo. La muestra fue conformada por 170 personas adultas atendidas en la botica “Virgen del Carmen”. En los resultados se observa que el mayor porcentaje de los encuestados tienen entre 31 a 40 años (57%), con instrucción secundaria (49%) y los comerciantes (40%), las reacciones adversas las presentaron con naproxeno (52%), ibuprofeno (24%), diclofenaco (18%) y otros (6%), presentando generalmente una reacción adversa al medicamento AINE (66%), dos veces (28%) y más de tres veces (6%). Se concluye que en el contexto del COVID-19 se ha presentado reacciones adversas a AINES en su mayoría leves que afectan al sistema digestivo generalmente

The objective of the study was to identify adverse reactions due to consumption of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in the context of COVID-19 in users attended at the "Virgen del Carmen de Chiclayo" drugstore. The sample consisted of 170 adults attended at the "Virgen del Carmen" drugstore. The results show that the highest percentage of respondents were between 31 and 40 years of age (57%), with secondary education (49%) and traders (40%).
