Efectividad de la ecografía de partes blandas asociado a ecografía Doppler comparado con solo ecografía de partes blandas en el diagnostico de apendicitis aguda en el hospital regional docente de Trujillo

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación es valorar la efectividad de la ecografía de partes blandas asociado a ecografía Doppler comparado con solo ecografía de partes blandas para el diagnóstico de apendicitis aguda , por lo tanto se realizara un estudio observacional, analítico, transversal y prospectivo, con diseño de pruebas diagnósticas, donde se aplicara dos métodos diagnostico a un mismo grupo conformado por 119 pacientes , comparando los resultados, con los resultados de anatomía patológica siendo el Gold Stándar para este estudio. Los pacientes que ingresen al estudio serán atendidos en el servicio de emergencia del hospital regional docente de Trujillo con sospecha diagnostica de apendicitis aguda en el periodo enero a abril del 2019.
