Implementación de un Sistema Informático para el control de asistencia de los estudiantes de la I.E. José Olaya Balandra. Cajaruro, Utcubamba, Amazonas, 2019

Abstract

The IE José Olaya Balandra, made up of high school students, includes one of the main processes that is part of the institution, which is to carry out an adequate attendance control which was investigated and based on this a project was prepared prior to the development of this Research to be able to make a statement of the problem, a possible solution and determine the objectives that allowed to have the most adequate solution to the problem described in the problematic reality. A pre-questionnaire was carried out which served to know the situation in which the institution was, which were contrasted with the data obtained in the post-questionnaire and to determine the improvement provided by the stimulus (implementation of a computer system to control attendance ) that was being applied to the study population was giving significant improvements to the institution, optimizing times and improving the tasks involved in the attendance control process such as generation of reports per student, by grade and section, generation of statistics by bimester or quarter and keep an adequate attendance control. In this way, it is sought that the proposed solution contributes to a better development of the institution.
