dc.description.abstract | This thesis was developed through the software development research line with the Scrum methodology, with 2 Sprint and each sprint with its respective user history, the system was carried out in order to improve the credit control process in restaurants , since nowadays many restaurants have pensioners and the control of this process is carried out manually which generates problems among them: loss of information, loss of time, mistakes both when registering daily meals how to get the accounts at the end of the month to be canceled, among others. To improve this problematic reality, it has been chosen to implement an information system that allows improving credit control in the Brissa Cielo Restaurant, which was carried out by measuring the satisfaction level of pensioners through a questionnaire that was applied before and after the implementation of the information system, taking into account a population of 25 pensioners that the restaurant counts on a monthly basis and as a sample, the same amount has been considered since it is a very small amount. The automation of credit control will increase the level of satisfaction of pensioners, reduce the waiting time to register the daily credit and to remove the accounts canceled, greater reliability with the information, manage said process through the modules that the system and generate reports for each module. The project was framed in the type of pre-experimental, Applying the solution hypothesis, it was possible to obtain results with significant improvements in the credit control process, favorably solving the problem presented in the Brissa Cielo Restaurant. In conclusion, through the implementation of the information system, it was possible to improve credit control, thus allowing greater reliability in the records of daily credits and monthly accounts, as well as increasing the level of customer satisfaction pensioners. | |
