La contaminación de la minería ilegal y su relación con el derecho a la salud de los pobladores del Distrito de Cháparra, 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo explicar de qué manera el mercurio y otros metales sobre el suelo y agua a consecuencia de la minería ilegal se relaciona con la afectación del derecho a la salud de los pobladores del distrito de Cháparra en el año 2022. El marco metodológico empleado abarcó un enfoque cualitativo, diseño no experimental, tipo básico y la recolección y análisis bibliográfica como técnicas de recolección de datos. Se ha determinado que la repercusión del mercurio y otros metales sobre el suelo y agua a consecuencia de la minería ilegal se relaciona significativamente con el derecho a la salud de los pobladores en el distrito de Cháparra en el año 2022, en la medida de ser afectado este último en amplia medida

The objective of this research was to explain how mercury and other metals in the soil and water because of illegal mining is related to the affectation of the right to health of the inhabitants of the district of Cháparra in the year 2022. The methodological framework employed included a qualitative approach, non-experimental design, basic type and bibliographic collection and analysis as data collection techniques. It has been determined that the impact of mercury and other metals on the soil and water because of illegal mining is significantly related to the right to health of the inhabitants of the district of Cháparra in the year 2022, to the extent that the latter will be affected to a substantial extent.
