Propuesta de mejora del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para prevenir accidentes laborales en una empresa constructora, Lima, 2021

Abstract

El presente proyecto de investigación estudia la situación actual de una MYPE perteneciente al sector construcción, tuvo como objetivo determinar de qué manera la Propuesta de Mejora del Sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, incide en la prevención de accidentes laborales. Ante esta realidad, el presente proyecto de investigación propone establecer un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo que pueda disminuir el número de accidente de trabajo y enfermedades ocupacionales. Para lograr se realizo el ciclo Deming, se deberá estudiar las actuales condiciones inseguras de cada área de trabajo, evaluar las medidas de prevención de riesgos y peligros Parte de la solución es la planificación de capaciones mensuales durante un año, dictado por personal capacitado. El sistema que se propondrá en base a la normativa Ley 29783, Ley de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, permitirá tener un sistema de trabajo saludable y seguro para los trabajadores.

This research project studies the current situation of a MYPE belonging to the construction sector, its objective was to determine how the Proposal to Improve the Occupational Health and Safety System affects the prevention of occupational accidents. Faced with this reality, this research project proposes to establish an occupational health and safety management system that can reduce the number of occupational accidents and diseases. To achieve the Deming cycle, the current unsafe conditions of each work area must be studied, evaluating risk and hazard prevention measures. Part of the solution is the planning of monthly training for a year, dictated by trained personnel. The system that will be proposed based on Law 29783, Occupational Health and Safety Law, will allow for a healthy and safe work system for workers.
