Capacitación laboral y su relación con la calidad de servicio en la empresa Turismo CIVA S.A.C., Lima - 2020

Abstract

El trabajo enfocado en la “CAPACITACIÓN LABORAL Y SU RELACIÓN CON LA CALIDAD DE SERVICIO EN LA EMPRESA TURISMO CIVA S.A.C., LIMA - 2020”. En donde su diseño no experimental y nivel descriptivo correlacional de corte transversal. Se utilizó como instrumento el cuestionario, los que fueron validados por juicio de experto y el estadístico alfa de Cronbach obteniendo un índice de 0.810 para el instrumento; lo que indica una alta fiabilidad del instrumento. La muestra, estuvo constituida por los colaboradores involucrados con un total de 92 colaboradores de la Empresa Turismo CIVA S.A.C. Se ha determinado la existencia una correlación significativa entre las variables de estudio, obteniendo un coeficiente de correlación de R de Pearson igual a 0.690, equivalente a una correlación positiva moderada.

The work focused on the relationship of "LABOR TRAINING AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH THE QUALITY OF SERVICE IN THE COMPANY TURISMO CIVA SAC., LIMA - 2020". Where its non-experimental design and crosssectional correlational descriptive level. The questionnaire was used as an instrument, which were validated by expert judgment and Cronbach's alpha statistic, obtaining an index of 0.810 for the instrument; which indicates a high reliability of the instrument. The sample consisted of the collaborators involved with a total of 92 collaborators from the CIVA SAC Tourism Company. The existence of a significant correlation between the study variables has been determined, obtaining a correlation coefficient of Pearson's R equal to 0.690, equivalent to a moderate positive correlation.
