VIOLENCIA PSICOLÓGICA EN RELACIONES DE PAREJA Y EL DERECHO DE LA MUJER EN DISTRITO DE PICHARI, LA CONVENCION, 2019.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación denominado: “Violencia psicológica en relaciones de pareja y el Derecho de la mujer en el distrito de Pichari, La Convención Cuzco 2019”, “tuvo como objetivo el determinar la relación de la Violencia psicológica en relaciones de pareja y el Derecho de la mujer en el distrito de Pichari, La Convención Cuzco 2019”.

The present research work called: “Psychological violence in intimate relationships and women's law in the Pichari district, The Cuzco Convention 2019, aimed to determine the relationship of psychological violence in intimate relationships and the law of woman in the Pichari district, The Cuzco Convention 2019”.

In the present investigation whose title is "Foundations of Precautionary Measures in the Contentious Administrative Process", it was oriented to the analysis and interpretation of the grounds and the application of precautionary measures when there is danger in the delay, plausibility in the law, incorrect adequacy of precautionary measures, and if the proportion of precautionary measures consult the contentious-administrative process. The investigation was based mainly on the Single Ordered Text of Law 27584, Law that regulates the Administrative Litigation Process, as well as the application and interpretation of article 38 of Law 27584.
