Abstract

La presente investigación “El clima laboral y su influencia en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Farmacia del Hospital III Emergencias Grau, 2019”, presentó como objetivo principal determinar la influencia entre el clima laboral y el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Farmacia del Hospital III Emergencias Grau, 2019, cuya posible respuesta es que el clima laboral tiene relación directa con el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Farmacia del Hospital III Emergencias Grau, 2019, además el diseño de investigación es aplicada, descriptiva y con enfoque cuantitativo, ya que tras describir las variables se estableció la relación entre las mismas. La población-muestra empleada fue de un total de 50 trabajadores
