Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue la calidad de la educación depende en gran medida de la formación de los profesores y de la forma en que orientan y orientan el proceso de enseñanza. A través del estudio de este tema, se les expondrá a diferentes conceptos de la pedagogía general, lo que le permitirá explicar y comprender la importancia de esta asignatura en el cultivo de los estudiantes, y comprender por qué la pedagogía es ciencia y arte. Hoy en día, el deterioro de las escuelas es bien conocido porque fomenta la disminución de la productividad, la creatividad, la calidad y el trabajo responsable. Cuando hablamos de escuelas, nos referimos a los distintos ciclos y niveles educativos del sistema educativo, desde el más básico hasta el más avanzado. Hemos visto que, a lo largo de la historia de la educación en nuestro país, como diferentes gobiernos, instituciones y organizaciones han invertido en educación; por ello, han diseñado diversos proyectos, propuestas y planes. Estos proyectos, sugerencias y planes están en sus principales estrategias., Se consideró el alcance de la construcción y mejora de los edificios., Proporcionar material didáctico, formación docente y reformas curriculares, entre otras acciones, que, si bien contribuyeron a mejorar la calidad de la educación, no eliminaron los problemas y la notoria crisis escolar que siguió. Cabe destacar que el origen de la crisis educativa se remonta a mucho tiempo atrás, por lo que el análisis de esta problemática y las soluciones propuestas no son características de los últimos años, sino que tienen una larga tradición histórica. Desde la época de Comenius y otros grandes educadores de la antigüedad, como Sócrates, Platón, Aristóteles, Rousseau, Pestalozzi y algunos educadores más nuevos, como Montessori y De Crowe Lee, Dewey, Vygoski, Piaget, Freynet, etc., han vislumbrado las perspectivas docentes de la solución del problema de la baja calidad de la educación en el método de enseñanza. Entre los factores que evidencian la mala calidad de la educación escolar, hoy destaca la aplicación continua de métodos tradicionales y métodos de enseñanza que no satisfacen las necesidades de progreso tecnológico y formación.
