La titulación e inserción laboral en los beneficiarios del programa Beca 18 convocatoria 2015 del Instituto de Educación Superior Privado Khipu

Abstract

La tesis, la Titulación e Inserción Laboral en los Beneficiarios del Programa Beca 18 Convocatoria 2015 del Instituto de Educación Superior Privado Khipu, se inició con la formulación del problema ¿Qué relación existe entre La Titulación e Inserción Laboral en los beneficiarios del programa beca 18, convocatoria 2015 del Instituto de Educación Superior Privado Khipu? Tuvo como objetivo Identificar la relación entre Titulación e Inserción Laboral. El enfoque de investigación es cuantitativo de tipo aplicada. El diseño es no experimental, transversal, descriptivo y correlacional. La población de estudio estuvo conformada por 50 egresados. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y el instrumento cuestionario con escala tipo Likert. La validez por Juicio de expertos es 80% y la confiabilidad, se aplicó el Chi-cuadrado de Pearson, resultando el nivel de significancia de la relación entre titulación e inserción laboral, 0, 559 (Inserción laboral) en los Beneficiarios del Programa Beca 18 Convocatoria 2015 del Instituto de Educación Superior Privado Khipu, esto se asume de la tabla N° 19 al 22, donde el valor de p<0,05, aceptándose la hipótesis y se concluye Existe una relación significativa entre Titulación e Inserción Laboral en los Beneficiarios del Programa Beca 18 Convocatoria 2015 del Instituto de Educación Superior Privado Khipu, en la muestra de estudio. The design is non-experimental, cross-cutting, descriptive and correlal. The study population consisted of 50 graduates. The technique used was the survey and the Likert- scale questionnaire instrument. The validity by Expert Judgment is 80% and reliability, Pearson's Chi-square was applied,resulting in the level of significance of the relationship between qualification andemployment insertion, 0, 559 (Employment Insertion) in the Beneficiaries of the Scholarship Program 18 Call 2015 of the Institute of Private Higher Education Khipu,this is assumed from table No. 19 to 22, where the value of p<0.05, accepting the hypothesis and concluding There is a significant relationship between Qualification and Labour Insertion in the Beneficiaries of the Scholarship Program 18 Call 2015 of the Khipu Institute of Private Higher Education,in the study sample.
