El balonmano

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue el balonmano es un deporte colectivo y de oposición que brinda muchos beneficios para el desarrollo de las habilidades sociomotrices y cognitivas. La enseñanza de este deporte se recomienda realizarla mediante actividades lúdicas en las escuelas, porque tienen la naturaleza de diversión y esto fomentará que los estudiantes presten más atención y obtengan un aprendizaje significativo. La metodología de enseñanza en el balonmano adapta sus principios y métodos teniendo en cuenta la etapa de desarrollo y el nivel en el que se encuentran los estudiantes. En esta metodología lo lúdico juega un papel importante porque es el mejor medio para la enseñanza. Las estrategias pedagógicas para la enseñanza del balonmano en las instituciones educativas deben usarse para que los estudiantes desarrollen sus habilidades motrices básicas y específicas, así como sus habilidades socioafectivas, cognitivas y actitudinales. Estas estrategias deben brindar en ambos niveles de educación las consideraciones correspondientes para mejorar la enseñanza del balonmano.

The objective of this research work was that handball is a collective and opposition sport that offers many benefits. for the development of sociomotor and cognitive skills. The teaching of this sport it is recommended to do it through recreational activities in schools, because have the nature of fun and this will encourage students to pay more attention and get significant learning. The teaching methodology in handball adapts its principles and methods taking into account the stage of development and the level in which the students are. In this methodology, playfulness plays an important role because it is the best medium for teaching. Pedagogical strategies for teaching handball in institutions educational should be used for students to develop their motor skills basic and specific, as well as their socio-affective, cognitive and attitudinal skills. These strategies should provide at both levels of education the considerations to improve the teaching of handball.
