Acompañamiento y monitoreo del directivo y desempeño docente en educación primaria y secundaria red 09 y 11 - UGEL 04 – 2018

Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación se realizó bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, teniendo como objetivo fundamental demostrar como el acompañamiento y monitoreo son acciones que ejecutan los directivos institucionales para brindar asistencia técnica al docente, dicha asesoría se sustenta en el diálogo reflexivo reconociendo el desempeño de implementar acciones a fin de optimizar la práctica pedagógica. El objeto de estudió se realizó con 35 directores de la red 9 y 11 de la UGEL 4 del distrito de Comas, en el cual se concluye que en la hipótesis general p-value=0,000 es menor que el valor de significancia 0,05 lo que significa que el monitoreo y acompañamiento fortalece las competencias profesionales y por ende la generación de mejores aprendizajes.

This research work was carried out under the quantitative approach, whose main objective is to demonstrate how the accompaniment and monitoring are actions that the institutional executives carry out to provide technical assistance to the teacher, such advice is based on the reflective dialogue recognizing the performance of implementing actions to in order to optimize the pedagogical practice. The object of study was carried out with 35 directors of the network 9 and 11 of the UGEL 4 of the district of Comas, in which it is concluded that in the general hypothesis p-value = 0.000 is less than the value of significance 0.05 which means that monitoring strengthens professional skills and therefore in the generation of better learning.
