Enfoque de mejoramiento continuo (EMC) y efectividad de la gestión educativa en Instituciones Educativas de Inicial, del distrito de San Antonio – Cañete, año 2019

Abstract

La investigación titulada “Enfoque de Mejoramiento Continuo (EMC) y efectividad de la gestión educativa en Instituciones Educativas de Inicial, del distrito San Antonio – Cañete, año 2019”, fue una investigación de tipo correlacional, que utilizo el diseño descriptivo. Trabajó con una muestra de 133 padres de familia. El estudio comprueba que existe correlación estadísticamente significativa de 0,891; por lo que las variables se relacionan de manera lineal. Considerando el coeficiente de determinación, se tiene que el nivel de efectividad de la gestión educativa están determinadas en un 74,1% por el enfoque de mejoramiento continuo (EMC), en las Instituciones Educativas de Inicial del distrito San Antonio – Cañete, durante el año 2019.

The research entitled “Continuous Improvement Approach (EMC) and effectiveness of educational management in Initial Educational Institutions, of the San Antonio - Cañete district, year 2019”, was a correlational investigation, which used the descriptive design. He worked with a sample of 133 parents. The study shows that there is a statistically significant correlation of 0.891; So the variables are linearly related. Considering the coefficient of determination, the level of effectiveness of educational management is determined to be 74.1% by the continuous improvement approach (EMC), in the Initial Educational Institutions of the San Antonio - Cañete district, during the 2019 year.
